Defect Description: Hazardous voltage could reach a conductive part of the foot pedal if wires inside the foot pedal become detached from the potentiometer (small grey or blue plastic device), or corroded as a result of moisture, and then touch a metal rod at the top of the pedal. Wires can also twist and potentially break if the nut at the back of the pedal becomes loose.
Recommendations / Warnings: Immediately stop using the product, contact a Venco Agent to arrange inspection by a licensed electrical contractor and repair, if required.
